OUR STORY
Otto started with a second-hand La Marzocco, a borrowed van and one stubborn idea: that Belfast deserved coffee as good as anywhere in the world.

OUR COFFEE
Coffee isn’t on the menu at Otto. It is the menu. We buy green beans directly from farms we know by name, roast them ourselves every week, and dial in every grinder every morning before the doors open.

01
We work with a handful of producers in Ethiopia, Colombia and Rwanda, paying well above Fairtrade and buying the same lots year after year.
02
Small batches on our 12kg Giesen, every Tuesday. Nothing sits on a shelf for more than three weeks. Ever.
03
Every grinder is calibrated each morning. If a shot doesn’t taste right, it goes down the sink, not across the counter.
OUR FOOD
A short menu cooked properly. Sourdough from our own starter, eggs from Clandeboye, bacon cured down the road in Comber. It changes with the seasons. The coffee pairing doesn’t.
